Simply Me!
My name is Jodi Sargent Newcomb, MA CCC/SLP. I’m more commonly called “Miss Jodi” by my clients and families. I am the owner of Simply Speech. My focus is and has always been helping children speak clearly and to express themselves to the fullest of their ability. I firmly believe what I do is no secret, and I happily share my professional knowledge with my families, so they may continue ‘speech therapy’ in the many hours away from our brief sessions.
Although I am very proud of my profession and my business, my greatest accomplishment is being a parent. I have raised two sons, now in high school and college, and fondly remember those experienced parents and professionals who recognized my children's special gifts and their individual needs. As well, I am thankful for those who understood the busy times, the forgetful times, the ‘couldn’t get it all done’ times…and extended a helping hand.
